Ansari Sugar Mills Limited Announces Board Meeting to Review Half-Yearly Accounts

Karachi, Ansari Sugar Mills Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on March 11, 2024, in Karachi to consider the company’s half-yearly accounts for the period ending March 2021. The meeting aims to review financial performances and discuss potential entitlement declarations.

In compliance with PSX Regulation 5.6.1(d), the company has also declared a Closed Period from March 4, 2024, to March 11, 2024. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the company.
