Apna Microfinance Bank Limited Announces Upcoming Board Meeting to Discuss Quarterly Accounts

Lahore, Apna Microfinance Bank Limited will hold a Board of Directors meeting on May 29, 2024, in Lahore to review the Quarterly Accounts for the period ending June 30, 2023. The meeting will focus on the declaration of any entitlements.

The Bank has also announced a Closed Period starting from May 24, 2024, to May 29, 2024, as stipulated under section 5.6.1(d) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the bank’s shares.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this regulation is enforced to prevent any insider trading during periods when sensitive financial information is being handled and decisions are being made.

The TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange have been duly informed of these developments.
