Karachi, Apna Microfinance Bank Limited has been given an extension by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) by May 29, 2024. This extension covers the financial year ending December 31, 2023. It is granted to provide the bank sufficient time to complete its yearly financial statements and other essential documents for the AGM.
