Karachi, Apna Microfinance Bank Limited has announced it will close its transfer books from June 15, 2024, to June 21, 2024. The bank’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is set for June 21, 2024, at 11:30 in Karachi. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this period will allow the bank to prepare for the AGM without the issuance of dividends or rights.
