Karachi: Archroma, a leader in chemical solutions, has announced the reconstitution of its Audit and Human Resource and Remuneration Committees following a Board of Directors meeting on July 23, 2024.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company’s board passed resolutions to appoint new members to these critical oversight committees, aiming to enhance governance and oversight in line with regulatory requirements outlined in the Securities Act, 2015 and the PSX Rule Book.
The newly reconstituted Audit Committee will be chaired by Mr. Shahid Ghaffar, with Mr. Patrick Verraes and Dr. Lalarukh Ejaz serving as members. Mr. Wan Lakhani has been appointed as the secretary of the committee. Additionally, Mr. Naveed Komi has been designated as the alternate member for Mr. Verraes.
Similarly, the Human Resource and Remuneration Committee will now be chaired by Ms. Yasmin Peermohammad. Other members include Mr. Mujtaba Rahim and Mr. Patrick Verraes, with Mr. Irfan Lakhani appointed as the secretary. Mr. Naveed Komi will also serve as an alternate member for Mr. Verraes on this committee.
