Karachi, Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited has credited an interim cash dividend of Re. 0.50 per unit, which is 5.0% annualized to 20.0%, for Dolmen City REIT for the quarter ending March 31, 2024. The payment was processed electronically into the designated bank accounts of the unit-holders on May 03, 2024. The company also noted that dividend payments for unit-holders who have not provided valid IBAN or CNICs are withheld in compliance with Regulation 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017. These funds will be managed according to the prevailing laws and directives from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
