Askari Life Assurance Announces New Board Members Post-Election

Islamabad, The Askari Life Assurance Company Limited has announced the election of new directors at its 31st Annual General Meeting held on April 24, 2024. The election process was conducted in compliance with the Companies Act 2017, resulting in the appointment of seven members to serve on the Board for a three-year term.

The elected members include Lt Gen Nauman Mahmood (Retd), Mr. Rizwan Ullah Khan, Maj Gen Kamran Ali (Retd), Mr. Malik Riffat Mahmood, and Mr. Ijaved Yunus. Additionally, Mr. Tariq Hameed has been elected as an Independent Director, and Ms. Ayesha Rafique will serve as a Female Independent Director.
