AT-Tahur Limited Schedules Board Meeting to Review Quarterly Accounts

Lahore, AT-Tahur Limited announced today that its Board of Directors will convene on April 29, 2024, in Lahore to review the company’s quarterly accounts for the period ending March 31, 2024, and to discuss the declaration of any entitlements.

In accordance with PSX Regulations, clause 5.6.1(d), the company has also initiated a Closed Period from April 22, 2024, to April 29, 2024. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to buy or sell company shares.

Stakeholders, including TRE Certificate Holders, have been notified of these developments as required.
