Karachi: This is in continuation of our earlier correspondence with you on the subject of repurchase of own certificates by Atlas Fund of Funds (ATFF), in accordance with the procedure prescribed under Circular No. 14 of 2009 issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Pakistan (the Commission), dated May 4, 2009.
As required under clause 3(v) of the above mentioned Circular the details of own certificates repurchased by the Atlas Fund of Funds during the week from June 20, 2011 to June 24, 2011, both days inclusive, are appended as Annexure A enclosed.
