Balochistan Assembly Announces Promotions of Key Administrative Officials

Quetta: The Balochistan Provincial Assembly has announced the promotions of two senior officials within its administration. Syed Dad Mohammad, previously Additional Secretary, has been elevated to the role of Special Secretary, and Abdul Saboor Khan, formerly Deputy Secretary, will now serve as Additional Secretary.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, these promotions, effective from early July, mark significant advancements in the careers of the involved officials. Syed Dad Mohammad’s promotion to Special Secretary (B-20) took effect on July 4, 2024, while Abdul Saboor Khan assumed his new role as Additional Secretary (B-19) from July 5, 2024. These changes reflect ongoing administrative adjustments intended to enhance the operational capabilities of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly.
