Balochistan Education Department Takes Charge of Federal Teachers Amid Salary Issues

Quetta, Following directives from the Provincial Minister of Education, Ms. Rahila Hameed Khan Durrani, the Balochistan Department of Schools Education has officially taken responsibility for the teachers from the National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) and Basic Education Community Schools previously managed by the federal government.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, this decision comes in the wake of delayed salary payments to these teachers. The provincial finance department has been instructed to release an additional budget to ensure these educators receive their due compensation promptly. Furthermore, District Education Officers across Balochistan have been tasked with collecting detailed employment documentation from these teachers to facilitate this transition and ensure no further administrative delays affect their compensation.

This move aims to stabilize the teaching framework in the province by integrating these educators into the provincial system, thereby ensuring their professional security and timely payment.
