Balochistan Wheels Limited’s 112th board meeting annual audited accounts June 2012

Karachi, September 7, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the 112th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Baluchistan Wheels Limited (BWHL) will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday the September 14, 2012 at Company’s Head Office 1st Floor, State Life Building # 3 Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road, Karachi to consider the Annual Audited Accounts for the year ended June 30, 2012.

The Closed Period for the purpose of Regulation No.37 (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance is September 09, 2012 to September 19, 2012 (both days inclusive), no Director, CEO or Executive shall directly, indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
