Karachi, September 7, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of BMA Asset Management Company Limited (BMAFUNDS) scheduled to be held on September 06, 2012 at 12.00 p.m. at 8th Floor Uni Tower, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi has been rescheduled to September 13, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. at the said registered address of the Company.

We would further like to inform you that in pursuance of Chapter XI Regulation 37 (xxvi) of the listing regulations of the Karachi Stock Exchange, pertaining to the Code of Corporate Governance, the management company has determined that the closed period be extended to September 13, 2012.
