The closed period for the purpose of Regulation No. 37 (XXVI) of the code of Corporate Governance is October 03, 2011 to October 10, 2011 (both days inclusive), no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed period.
