Karachi, Bank Makramah Limited has appointed Mr. Assad Rabbani as the new Company Secretary, effective June 03, 2024. Mr. Rabbani will replace Mr. Ghazzanfar Ahsan, who served as the Acting Company Secretary. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the transition details have been communicated to the TREC Holders of the Exchange.
