Bank Makramah Ltd. Schedules Board Meeting to Approve Quarterly Financials

Karachi, Bank Makramah Limited has announced a board meeting to be held on April 29, 2024, at 11:00 AM. The meeting will take place in the Executive Board Room, 9th Floor, Head Office Building, Block-2, Clifton, Karachi. The agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the financial statements for the three-month period ending March 31, 2024.

In accordance with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations, specifically clause 5.6.4, the bank has declared a closed period from April 22, 2024, to April 29, 2024. During this period, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the bank’s shares.
