Bank of Punjab Announces Book Closure for Profit Payment of BOPADT-1 Capital TFC-2022

Karachi, Bank of Punjab has declared the book closure period for the profit payment of BOPADT-1 Capital TFC-2022 (Perpetual) “BOPTFC2,” which is scheduled for June 20, 2023.

During the book closure period, from June 16 to June 18, 2023, the transfer books associated with the aforementioned Term Finance Certificates (TFC) will remain closed. Only TFC holders whose names are listed in the Register of TFC holders by the end of business on Thursday, June 15, 2023, will be eligible to receive the profit payment.

In compliance with Sub-Cause (i) of Clauses 5C.8 of PSX Regulations issued by Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, Bank of Punjab is mandated to make the profit payment exclusively through direct credit in the respective IBANs of “BOPTFC2” TFC holders.

Investors are advised to take note of the book closure period and ensure their names are registered in the TFC holder’s register to qualify for the entitlement of profit payment.
