Bannu Woollen Mills Announces Temporary Closure Due to Reduced Orders

Karachi, Bannu Woollen Mills Limited has announced a temporary halt of its production activities due to a decrease in anticipated orders for the financial year 2024-2025. The closure, as communicated to the Pakistan Stock Exchange under the guidelines of Section 96 and 131 of the Securities Act 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Regulations, will span from 13 March 2024 to 26 March 2024.

The company’s management has determined this short-term shutdown as necessary, planning to resume operations on 27 March 2024. Any further updates regarding the production process will be provided in due course.
