Karachi, Bannu Woollen Mills Limited is gearing up for a crucial board meeting scheduled to take place on May 22, 2023, in Rawalpindi. The meeting, centered around key decisions affecting the company’s leadership and governance, will address significant matters including the appointment of a new Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chairman and Members of the Board Audit Committee, and Chairman and Members of the HR & R Committee.
