Barkhan Deputy Commissioner Declares Emergency After Terrorist Attacks in Musakhel

Barkhan: Following the terrorist attacks last night in the Rara Sham area of Musakhel district, which resulted in multiple civilian casualties, the Deputy Commissioner of Barkhan has declared an emergency across the district. This declaration is to ensure that all medical personnel, including doctors and paramedics, are available to provide necessary medical aid to the injured.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, all medical staff at district hospitals, particularly at BHU Rakhni Rarkan, have been ordered to remain on duty. The directive also includes preparations to transport critically injured patients to DG Khan for advanced treatment. Additionally, the District Health Officer, Medical Superintendent of DHQ Hospital, and DSM PPH are to ensure the availability of life-saving drugs and ambulances, and to dispatch fire brigade vehicles from BHU Rakhni for emergency response.
