Bills referred to standing committee and report back within two weeks

Karachi, January 06, 2020 (PPI-OT): The Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Thursday the 19th December 2019 has referred the Government Bill NO. 30 of 2019, The Sir Cowasjee Jahangir Institute of Psychiatry and Behavioural sciences, Hyderabad Bill 2019 to the Standing Committee on Primary Health (BHU-HRC and Vertical Programmes) and Secondary Health (Rest of Health) with the terms of reference to examine the Bill and report back to the Assembly within two weeks.

Besides the other Bill No. 29 of 2019 the Sindh Students Union Bill, 2019 has also referred to the Standing Committee on Law and Parliamentary Affairs and Human Rights with the terms of reference to examine the Bill and report back to the Provincial Assembly of Sindh within two weeks.

While the Bill No. 25 of 2019- The Sindh Safe Cities Authority Bill, 2019 was also referred to the Standing Committee on Home with the terms of reference to examine the Bill and report back to the Assembly within two weeks, in this regard the notification has been issued.
