We would further like to inform you that in pursuance of Chapter XI Regulation 35 (xxiii) of the listing regulations of the Karachi Stock Exchange, pertaining to the Code of Corporate Governance, the management company has determined the closed period starting from May 09, 2013 to May 16, 2013 (both days inclusive).
