Rahul Gandhi Accuses PM Modi of Being the “Epicenter of Corruption”

New Delhi, Rahul Gandhi, a prominent leader of the Congress party, has labeled Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the “epicenter of corruption,” citing an aggregation of corrupt leaders within the BJP.

According to Kashmir Media Service, speaking at a rally in Una, Himachal Pradesh, Gandhi critiqued Modi’s recent statements and actions, suggesting that they were indicative of corrupt practices. He highlighted concerns regarding the Electoral Bond Scheme and accused the BJP of coercing large companies into making donations through the scheme by using federal agencies like the ED and CBI as threats. Gandhi’s address included promises to enhance financial support for women and farmers, contrasting the BJP’s policies, which he claims disproportionately benefit billionaires.

He also voiced his opposition to the Agniveer scheme and pledged to discard it should his party come to power, alongside introducing a law to guarantee a minimum support price for farmers. Gandhi’s remarks come amidst ongoing political tensions and allegations of corruption at the highest levels of government.
