Karachi, Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange about the board meeting of the company scheduled to be held on January 27, 2015 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting shall be consideration of third quarter accounts for period ended December 31, 2014.

Further, the closed period of the company shall be from January 20, 2015 to January 27, 2015.
