Karachi: Otsuka Pakistan Limited has informed Karachi Stock Exchange about the board meeting of the company scheduled to be held on April 22, 2014 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting shall be consideration of quarterly accounts for the period ended March 31, 2014.

Further, the closed period of the company shall be from April 16, 2014 to April 22, 2014.
