Board meeting of Thal Limited to be held on Aug 27, 2015

Karachi: Thal Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange about the board meeting of the company scheduled to be held on Aug 27, 2015 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting shall be consideration of annual Accounts for the period ended June 2015.

Further, the closed period of the company shall be from August 20, 2015 to August 27, 2015.

Thal Limited incorporated in Pakistan on January 31, 1966 as a public company limited under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. It operates under the umbrella of House of Habib Group.
