Karachi: Tri Pack Films Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on February 17, 2016 at Lahore. The agenda of the meeting is to consider the Annual Accounts for the period ended December, 2015 for declaration of any entitlement.

Further, the Company has declared the closed period from February 10, 2016 to February 17, 2016
