Bolan Casting Limited’s Intimation of Board Meeting

Karachi: This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Bolan Casting Limited (BCL) is scheduled to be held at 1430 Hours on Friday, October 28, 2011 at BCL Factory, Main RCD Highway, Hub Chowki, District Lasbella, Baluchistan, to consider Un-audited Accounts of the Company for the 1st quarter ended September 30, 2011.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from 22-10-2011 to 28-40-2011 as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
