CDA Achieves Record Revenue of Rs 52 Billion in Fiscal Year 2023-24

Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has set a new record by generating Rs 52 billion in revenue during the fiscal year 2023-24, surpassing its previous highest revenue and exceeding its target for the year.

According to Capital Development Authority, this financial achievement marks a significant increase from the revenue target of Rs 41.8 billion set for the year. The CDA, under the leadership of Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa and the direction of Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, implemented effective strategies that resulted in a revenue boost, particularly with a substantial Rs 7.9 billion collected in May and June 2024 alone.

The efforts of the CDA have focused on sustainable financial practices rather than asset sales, exploring alternative revenue streams to ensure long-term stability. This approach has been praised by Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, who commended the team’s hard work and dedication to exceeding the financial goals set for the year.
