Karachi, November 01, 2012 (PPI-OT): We have to inform you that the Board of Directors of our Company in their meeting held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 has recommended no cash dividend, bonus or right issue of the shares for the 1st quarter ended September 30, 2012.
