CM Punjab orders immediate drainage in rain-affected cities

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has directed immediate measures for drainage in provincial metropolis Lahore and all other cities.

In a statement, she directed the administration and WASA officials to remain in the field.

She directed that all resources should be utilized for drainage.

She said that timely relocation of people from low-lying areas to safe places should be ensured.
