Cnergyico PK Limited Announces Resumption of Refinery Operations

Karachi, Cnergyico PK Limited has officially announced the resumption of its refinery operations starting May 25, 2024. The company had previously communicated a temporary shutdown to the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division) through a letter dated May 14, 2024. This temporary cessation was noted in compliance with Sections 96 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the announcement was made through a self-explanatory letter sent to the Ministry of Energy, which was also shared with the TRE Certificate Holders of the exchange. This move is expected to impact the company’s activities significantly, signaling a return to full operational capacity.
