Colgate-Palmolive Pakistan to Review First Quarter Financial Statements

Karachi, Colgate-Palmolive (Pakistan) Ltd. has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for April 29, 2024, to discuss its financial performance for the first quarter ending March 31, 2024. The meeting will be held at the company’s registered office on Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi.

The company also announced a “Closed Period” from April 22, 2024, to April 29, 2024, in compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations. During this period, directors, CEOs, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares, directly or indirectly.
