Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland Begins Five-Day Visit to Islamabad

Islamabad: Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland has commenced a five-day visit to Islamabad, aiming to strengthen cooperation between Pakistan and the Commonwealth.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Scotland was received at the airport by Additional Foreign Secretary Europe Ambassador Shafquat Ali Khan. During her stay, she is scheduled to meet with Pakistan’s top leaders, Cabinet members, youth leaders, civil society representatives, and various stakeholders. The discussions will focus on exploring new avenues for collaboration in areas of mutual interest between Pakistan and the Commonwealth.
