Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland who is on a five-day visit to Pakistan, has arrived at the foreign office in Islamabad for talks with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar.
They will discuss avenues to enhance cooperation between Pakistan and the Commonwealth in areas of mutual interest.
