Crescent Star Insurance Limited Announces Board Meeting to Review Quarterly Accounts

Karachi, Crescent Star Insurance Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for April 26, 2024. The meeting will focus on reviewing the company’s quarterly accounts for the period ending March 31, 2024.

The company has also announced a “Closed Period” from April 20, 2024, to April 26, 2024. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares in any manner, in compliance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Regulations.

Stakeholders and TRE Certificate Holders have been notified of these developments.
