The company, which operates within the textile spinning sector, reported a turnover of 4,640,500 with its shares fluctuating between a high of Rs. 2.66 and a low of Rs. 2.62. Despite the negative EPS, D.S. Industries Ltd. did not announce any dividends for the current fiscal year, maintaining a NIL distribution similar to the previous book closure. The company’s paid-up capital stands at 836.86 million rupees, with each market lot consisting of 500 shares.
