Karachi, In preparation for the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited, the company has announced the list of individuals who have filed to offer themselves for the Election of Directors. The EGM is scheduled to take place on May 22, 2023, in Karachi.
A total of seven candidates have submitted their names to be considered for the director positions. The candidates are Mr. Hussain Dawood, Mr. Abdul Samad Dawood, Mr. Shahzada Dawood, Ms. Sabrina Dawood, Mr. Muhammad Amin, Mr. Isfandiyar Shaheen, and Mr. Zamin Zaidi.
The company’s Board of Directors has fixed a certain number of directors, and as the number of candidates does not exceed this fixed number, an election will be held to determine the new directors. The EGM will provide an opportunity for shareholders to vote on the candidates and select the individuals who will serve as directors of Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited.
