Karachi: We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited (DAWH) in its meeting held on Wednesday, 25th April 2012 at 3.30 pm at Dawood Center, M.T. Khan Road, Karachi, has approved the un-audited condensed interim financial statements of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended 3lst March 2012 and recommended the following:
Cash Dividend NIL
Bonus Shares NIL
Right Shares NIL
Any Other Entitlement/corporate Action NIL
Any Other Price-Sensitive Information NIL
The financial results of the Company are attached as ‘Annexure A’ and ‘Annexure B’
The un-audited condensed financial statements of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended 31st
March 2012 will be placed on the Company’s Website i.e. http://www.dawoodhercules.com and
=300= copies of the printed accounts will be sent to you for distribution amongst the members of the Exchange.
Additionally, the financial statements shall also be emailed to the Exchange at aqfs@ksecom.pk in Portable Document Format (PDE) to enable the Exchange to place the same on its website.
