Karachi, Dawood Lawrencepur Limited has been granted an extension by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan to hold its annual general meeting. Originally scheduled following the close of its financial year on December 31, 2023, the company will now have until May 29, 2024, to organize the AGM. This extension will allow the company to adequately prepare and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
