Delegations of residents associations of DHA visited DHA Main Office

Karachi, June 17, 2015 (PPI-OT): The delegations of all major residents associations of DHA visited DHA Head Office and held meeting with Administrator DHA, Brig Zubair Ahmed to discuss various issues of the residents. Concerned DHA Officials were also present on the occasion. Administrator DHA told the members of Associations that we are going to plan four new projects very soon which include Mother and Child Care Hospital, Cardiac Centre, Special Children School and Art and Culture Centre in DHA.

All these projects will be state-of-the-art and will improve life style of DHA residents. He told the association that two more areas will be opened for construction very soon. He also told the associations that we are planning to establish 2 x RO’s plant to overcome the water shortage in DHA.

On this occasion Administrator said that we are in process of uplifting of Defence Central Library and recently DCL has successfully achieved ISO certification which is a land mark. The new initiatives are taking place in DCK i.e. Malir Motor Way project which is in planning Phase.

MOU between Shaukat Khanum Hospital, IBA and teaching hospital Dow University has been signed. The Administrator underlined the need for positive interaction between DHA and residents’ associations. He said that for DHA, satisfaction of residents is of utmost importance and DHA would always welcome the valuable feedback from the residents’ associations.
