Deputy PM Mohammad Ishaq Dar Attends Inauguration of Iran’s President-Elect

Tehran: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar has arrived in Tehran to participate in the inauguration and oath ceremony of Iran’s President-elect, Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, upon his arrival at Tehran airport, Ishaq Dar was welcomed by Seyed Rasoul Musavi, Director General of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Muhammad Mudassir Tipu, Ambassador of Pakistan to Iran. The presence of high-level officials at the airport signifies the importance of the event and the strong diplomatic relations between Iran and Pakistan.

The ceremony marks a pivotal moment for Iran as Dr. Pezeshkian prepares to take leadership. The participation of foreign dignitaries such as Deputy PM Dar highlights the international dimension of this significant political transition.
