Engro Foods Limited’s Joining of New CEO in Engro Foods Limited

Karachi: This is to inform you that Muhammad Afnan Ahsan has been appointed the Chief Executive of Engro Foods Limited (EFOODS) effective October 8th, 2011, in place of Mr. Sarfaraz A. Rehman who has left the Company to pursue voluntary work for philanthropic causes with various organizations.

Mr. Ahsan previously worked for multinationals like Coca-Cola, Pepsi Cola and Nestle and his areas of expertise include Mergers and Acquisitions, Marketing, Sales, Foods and Beverage Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management. Prior to joining Engro Foods Ltd, Mr. Ahsan was working with Nestle as senior Vice President and Business Executive Manager in Philippines.
