Karachi, Engro Polymer & Chemicals Limited has announced the re-election of Mr. Ghias Khan as the Chairman of the Board and Mr. Jahangir Piracha as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The election of Directors was held in the Annual General Meeting of the Company on April 27th, 2023, at Karachi.
Mr. Ghias Khan has been re-elected as the Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Jahangir Piracha has been re-appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company from April 27, 2023, for a term up to and including the date of the next election of Directors of the Company.
