Karachi, Lucky Cement Limited, has announced its financial results for the 3rd quarter ended March 31, 2023. In their meeting held on April 28, 2023, the board of directors recommended no cash dividend, bonus issue, right issue, or interim dividend.
According to the Consolidated Condensed Interim Statement of Financial Position, as of March 31, 2023, the total assets of the company were reported to be PKR 581,293,421, a significant increase from the previous year’s PKR 503,687,314. The company’s equity and liabilities were PKR 249,613,460 and PKR 331,679,961, respectively.
The Consolidated Condensed Interim Statement of Profit or Loss showed a significant increase in revenue, which amounted to PKR 340,069,447, compared to the previous year’s PKR 265,698,737. The net revenue for the nine months ended March 31, 2023, was PKR 286,041,621, and the gross profit was PKR 64,993,137.
Despite the company’s strong financial performance, there was no recommendation for any dividends or bonus issues. Lucky Cement Limited continues to maintain a robust financial position, which positions it well for future growth opportunities in the cement industry.
