Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited to Hold Board Meeting for Half-Year Financial Statements and Entitlement Declaration

Karachi, Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on August 04, 2023, at Karachi. The meeting’s agenda includes the consideration of financial statements for the half-year ended June 30, 2023, as well as the declaration of any entitlement.

To comply with clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the company has declared a “Closed Period” from July 27, 2023, to August 04, 2023 (both days inclusive). During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive shall engage in any dealings related to the company’s shares, either directly or indirectly.
