Eradication of terrorism crucial for country’s progress: Aleem

Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan has said that eradication of terrorism and elimination of elements involved in anti-state activities is imperative for progress, prosperity and development of country.

He expressed these views during a meeting with senior Istehkam-i- Pakistan Party leader G.G. Jamal from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Islamabad.

The Minister said in larger national interest, every patriot will fully support ‘Azam-e-Istehkam’ Operation.

He said that improved law and order situation is crucial for investment and development and county’s institutions are fulfilling their responsibilities.

Highlighting Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s strategic importance as a gateway to China, Afghanistan, and Central Asia, he affirmed the government’s prioritization of inter-provincial highways and motorways in the region.
