Karachi, The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has approved an extension for The Pakistan General Insurance Co. Ltd to hold its annual general meeting. The company, which concluded its financial year on December 31, 2023, has been allowed until May 29, 2024, to conduct its AGM. This additional time is intended to facilitate the completion of annual reports and auditing processes.
