Karachi, The Pakistan Hotels Developers Limited (PHDL) and SIUT Trust have mutually agreed to extend the final transfer deadline of their ongoing sale agreement. Originally set to conclude on May 11, 2024, the deadline has now been pushed to August 07, 2024. This extension was decided upon during an Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) that took place on November 13, 2023. All other clauses of the agreement will remain in effect as initially stipulated.
