Karachi, The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has extended the deadline for The Pakistan General Insurance Co. Ltd to conduct its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting, which is required to be held by March 31, 2024, following the conclusion of the financial year on December 31, 2023, can now be organized no later than May 29, 2024.
